Requirements
- Degree in a discipline such as: computer science, applied statistics, mathematics, analytics, engineering, machine learning or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in advanced analytics, ideally in the context of heavy industry
- Ability to write clean and efficient code in Python; ideally with experience in using cloud computing resources (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Ability to apply and advise on state-of-the-art analytics, machine learning, and optimization techniques to derive business insights and solve complex problems
- Excellent problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions
- Ability to thrive in a flexible, multi-disciplinary and agile working environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; experience in facilitating discussions with leadership
- Track record of completing projects successfully on time as per scope
- Willingness to travel to other offices and/or client locations for short/long term assignments

- Collaborate in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of 3-6 experts
- Use creativity and analytics expertise to enhance client performance in areas such as energy efficiency, product quality, and capacity
- Work side-by-side with the client’s process engineers and analytics specialists
- Communicate work to executive audiences
- Collaborate with product engineers to develop innovative products and algorithms
- Help codify best practices and shape the product roadmap
- Travel to client sites, locally and around the world
