Responsibilities
- Manage release execution by pulling business requirements into P360 systems.
- Attend Solution Readouts
- Conduct Solution Readout analysis (Perform a Fit Gap Analysis (FGA), Collect and summarize stakeholder feedback, Work w/Domain Team & BT to address gaps, Conclude FGA w/final review & alignment w/BT)
- Documents summary of deliverables transitioning from Pre-Build to Build
- Align scope of requirements related to upstream interdependent deliverables
- Submit & track tickets with our Salesforce Administrators & development teams.
- Sprint Demo Feedback – gather from FL, BA, SMEs
- Change Management Impact assessment
- Coordination of Enablement needs
- Reviews enablement plan and materials from Enablement team
- Review and sign-off on UAT test scripts from SMEs
- Coordinate UAT
- Contribute to delivery of KDDs.
Preferred Qualifications
- ~3-5 years of hands-on experience as a project manager or program coordinator.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with business and technical teams, coordinating solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
- Experience in business process analysis.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven competencies.
- Proven ability to coordinate a diverse set of business users to develop cohesive and streamlined requirements, documentation, and user acceptance criteria.
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent team player able to work within a global operating model, including virtual and distributed cross-functional teams, with the flexibility to work across different time zones.
- Ability to support team members and improve work processes.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification Preferred.
