Requirements
- Level 1 General Insurance License.
- 6+ months of previous insurance experience; ideally as a Road Advisor.
- Strong communication written and verbal; someone who is experienced in building relationships with clients through a customer service mindset.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative.
- A valid driver’s license and your own personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.
- Assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones and everything in between.
- Handle any customer complaints with professionalism and understanding.
- Set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production.
- Ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations.
- Ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds.
- Continue professional development in order to further enhance skills and abilities.
- Understand and live up to HUB values, mission and vision.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have or are working towards an industry designation.
- You have working proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese language skills.
