Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
- 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
- 1 year’s supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Oversees the development of short-term and long-term strategic financial planning by partnering with different business leaders to assess overall segment goals
- Leads alignment and consensus about financial decisions
- Presents feedback to leadership regarding risks associated with financial projections and provides insight on relevant historical trends, expected future events, and retail trends
- Provides strategic input for business decisions by overseeing the production of complex financial models and preparing presentations for recommendations
- Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA highly preferred
- eCommerce, Marketing or Media Finance experience
- Experience working in Fortune 100 finance
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
- Comfort with ambiguity
