Requirements
- 8+ years of directly relevant FP&A experience, ideally including animation finance
- Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analyses
- Must have proficiency working with systems and automated reporting tools (i.e., Oracle, Anaplan, Workday financials, etc.). Financial systems implementation experience is a plus
- Superior proficiency with Excel and complex financial modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance, MBA a plus
- Genuine passion and excitement for Netflix’s unique culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-range planning with an eye towards execution
- Own and support near-term and long-term P&Ls and cash forecasts for our Animated Series teams (includes Adult Animation, Live Action Scripted, Family Spectacle, Preschool & Kids, and 2nd Run Licensing)
- Manage headcount planning/ people cost budgets, and Studio cost planning
- Perform financial scenario analysis to support business unit scaling efforts to assist senior management decision-making
- Own, develop, and iterate on financial KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
- Work with cross-functional teams to adapt and evolve financial framework(s) to properly support managerial and GAAP reporting
- Develop slate review presentations that consolidate and summarize the multiple businesses that make up the Animated Series organization
- Assist in the implementation of a dynamic financial planning tool and drive automation efforts for existing systems

- A sound understanding of related accounting guidance is preferred
