Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, product, analytics, growth operations or related; subscription business or retention marketing experience is a plus
- Experience in SQL and/or Excel
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Experience defining scope and vision from ambiguous problems
- Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions
Responsibilities
- Own DashPass Canada business end-to-end
- Lead a new initiative
- Run and refine experiments to improve subscriber retention
- Dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail
- Author long-term strategy roadmaps and translate them into actionable plans to hit business OKRs
- Implement ideas into scalable products and provide a world-class operation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in subscription business or retention marketing is a plus
- Enjoy solving different types of problems and thinking outside of the box
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them to work
- Bias towards action, being scrappy, and ability to pivot when learning new information
