Requirements
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in technical fields such as engineering, computer science, data science or other related fields. PhD, PharmD, or MD degree preferred.
- 3+ years of prior experience within a multinational pharma company (Medical Affairs or commercial operations).
- Proven ability to develop and implement technical strategies for delivering scientific content across digital platforms.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant local pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
- Experience leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, digital health platforms, and advanced analytics to drive innovation in medical affairs.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with the ability to influence and lead change while building strong alignment and partnerships.
- Strong compliance IQ and familiarity with regulations and standards for health care provider engagements and corresponding international pharmaceutical codes.
- Strong project management skills with intellectual curiosity and the ability to execute and lead complex strategic and operational initiatives in matrix structures.
- Well-organized, focused on results, capable of managing multiple projects with respect to priorities and charting a course for others.
- Innovative thinker, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to identify and develop novel approaches to tackle daily tasks.
- Self-driven, proactive with the ability to deliver as a team leader, team member and individual contributor.

Responsibilities
- Help implement Medical Modernization strategy across all Value and Implementation therapeutic areas, while focusing on medical omnichannel and field medical solutions and capabilities in support of scientific exchange in their local country and in the EMEAC region.
- Identify, evaluate, and support adoption of data-driven omnichannel strategies that address external SL engagement and medical education objectives and gaps to establish a best-in-class technology-enabled Value and Implementation organization.
- Lead specific Medical Modernization projects in the EMEAC region, in collaboration with the respective global Medical Modernization project teams.
- Support change management efforts to ensure advocacy for new & emerging technological capabilities such as the medical portal, content personalization, novel field medical engagement tools, as well as data-driven digital solutions and generative AI innovations.
- Analyzes data trends and performance to enhance decision-making through the effective use of advanced analytics platforms and capabilities.
- Communicate, influence and inspire others to drive Medical Modernization efforts and transformational change within medical affairs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to achieve long term success.
- Serve as subject matter expert in innovation & data analytics and as local point of contact between the local country Medical Affairs team and the EMEAC Medical Modernization organization.
- Acts as a role model for digital innovation, data ownership and value creation, proactively coaching colleagues into the concepts.
