Requirements
- University degree in administration, Human Resources, project management or related field.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in project management, ideally in Human Resources or competency management.
- Strong project management skills, mastery of tools (e.g. Zoho, iKAMBAN, Google Suite), organizational skills and rigor.
- Analytical and synthesizing skills, excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate and adapt.
- Autonomy, initiative, political sense and diplomacy to successfully navigate in a dynamic, international environment.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Lead key competency strategy initiatives from planning to follow-up, coordinating a large network of stakeholders and ensuring compliance with Airbus Canada objectives and standards.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative dashboards on Skywise, analyze skills data to identify trends and inform decision-making with powerful reports.
- Participate in the development of engaging communication strategies and create media to inform and mobilize teams around competency management projects.
- Take the lead in optimizing our competency management processes and tools, by proposing innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
