Requirements

- Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Typically requires a university / college degree.
- Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
- Specific certifications are often required.
Responsibilities
- Lead partnership strategy and new business acquisition across our core product set including Shareholder Representative Services, Escrow Agent, and Paying Agent.
- Cultivate deep relationships with M&A advisors, law firms, deal parties, family offices, private equity, and/or venture capital firms.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and market presence.
- Build & Maintain a Partner Ecosystem.
- Development of a calling effort and strategic plan.
- Educate & Influence.
- Originate and Close new business.
- Client Management & Reporting.
- Contribute to the organization’s growth through referrals, new product/use case development.
