Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role using Java
  • 4+ years of proven experience in leading and managing teams in an agile environment, successfully delivering software projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer Science or related fields or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience building web frameworks and libraries
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering performant, resilient solutions in a business-critical SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with software engineering best practices (coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations).

  • You have a strong focus on delivering high-quality software products, continuous innovation, and you value test automation and performance engineering
