Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Experience in generating management reports and Opex budgeting/forecasting
- Familiarity with FP&A systems such as BPC and SAP is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
- Leverage financial systems to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial presentations to business leaders, including executives
- Develop and maintain financial models used to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with business partners and finance teams to improve the accuracy of financial forecasts
- Build partnerships across multiple levels of the organization to facilitate effective financial planning and communication
- Support the annual planning process, including target development, budget creation, and data loading and reconciliation
- Handle ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests as necessary
