Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experiences in market insights related field both on the qualitative and quantitative projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Track record of developing brand strategies
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a highly regulated and complex industry
Responsibilities
- Own the measurement, analysis, and reporting of consumer-level metrics; making strategic recommendations to the marketing team and beyond
- Own the management of brand health tracking to connect the dots between consumer insights and day-to-day marketing activities
- Transform data and insights into cohesive, outcome-oriented stories and brand strategies
- Lead consumer research projects that support the strategic direction of content and brand initiatives across owned channels as well as with partners
- Understand and tap into cultural insights that support brief development and brand positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze customer data, including surveys, usage data, engagements, and other voice of the customer feedback
- Be the subject matter expert on external and internal data collection tools
- Optimize a process for gathering internal customer data and disseminating it across the organization and develop strategies to improve internal customer metrics
- Work alongside external partners, optimizing dashboards and survey-drive data collection
- Tailor and present insights and findings to internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of iGaming category considered an asset
- Proven ability to innovate and create differentiating, proprietary marketing programs to build brand leadership
- Proven track record of growing and developing people
- Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
