Responsibilities

  • Monitors automated processes for pweb transfers, dividend imports and ROR postings for errors. Provides notification to plan management and assists with issue resolution.
  • Ensures that all transactions are processed according to the company’s and the client’s standards. Processes transactions to complete plan valuation such as contributions, distributions, NQ check & tax, fees and earnings allocations for multiple plan designs and funding arrangements. Formats and loads data.
  • Creates new class year sources as needed based on plan designs.
  • Add new participants, alternate payees and sponsors to recordkeeping software and establish web accounts as requested by plan management.
  • Formats and produces client reports. Produces monthly reports, specialty asset/liability comparison reporting, quarterly valuation reports, and participant statements.
  • Assist plan management with auditing of online enrollment results and reformat and load audited distribution elections into the database.
  • Process Investment Options changes on the plan level as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
