Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, listening and presentation skills, as well as crisp oral and written communications.
  • Be directly responsible for managing Walmart’s most significant alliances and in some cases work closely with the Director or Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships on enterprise-wide alliances.
  • Be able to create an effective narrative, outline strategic tradeoffs, and drive executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate and drive internal & external stakeholders to consensus across strategy, engineering, reporting, finance, business development, and partnerships.
  • Navigate complex business & technology relationships.
  • Effectively present and influence senior executives across technology, media, telecom & CPG.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
