Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Consulting or in a senior Finance role, with the commensurate qualifications (CPA, MBA etc.)
- Detailed knowledge of Finance, Financial business processes, Finance Transformation and the ERP landscape, covering all oCFO functional domains (Financials, Spend, Planning)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to easily and intuitively adapt content and messaging to various audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the other Product Strategists, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales and Partners to help define and refine the Go-to-Market positioning and commercial offering for oCFO solutions
- Contribute to messaging, content creation and be expected to deliver executive level presentations to C-Suite customers during the sales process, at customer engagements or at marketing events
- Provide Executive-level support for the SVP oCFO Product Management, assisting with the creation and delivery of presentations suitable for C-Suite Executives on demand
Preferred Qualifications
- An understanding of Workday Financial Management, Adaptive Planning and Spend Management would be a distinct advantage, although not essential
- A highly motivated, self-starting, leader who is adept at solving tough problems and effective at communicating solutions that gain support from a wide range of stakeholders
- Comfortable addressing senior management at Workday, executives in the wider ecosystem and on stage in front of large audiences
- Enjoys using data to identify problems and develop solutions, whilst working with ambiguity on constantly evolving initiatives
