Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Requires the ability to understand the ‘big picture’ while maintaining integrity of the details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize on-going projects, and manage daily team assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate confirmation, settlement, and execution of daily cash settlements paid to investors and counterparties for global and domestic debt and investments.
  • Resolve any cash settlement discrepancies with counterparties. Respond directly to questions posed by internal and external customers as they relate to Treasury’s debt and investment portfolio and/or policies and procedures.
  • Perform month-end close process including data preparation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure daily transmission for commercial paper is processed in ATOM and WSS.
  • Investments are confirmed and validated in WSS on trade date for Money Market Funds, Money Market Accounts, Euro Time Deposits, Investments, Equity and Inter-company loan transactions.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies timely and document resolutions in the Salesforce Cases within 24 hours.
  • Provide internal and external auditor-requested schedules and respond to questions posed by auditors related to TMCC’s debt and investments portfolio.
  • Assist with Corporate Document Management by ensuring all legal documents are current.
  • Support development of Treasury New Products and Process when needed.

Preferred Qualifications
