Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, or related field or direct and applicable work experience.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience in performance marketing, media measurement, growth analytics, attribution models, trend analysis, forecast performance, sales funnels, on-site conversion metrics, customer journey analytics, etc.
  • Experience in marketing and analytics platforms such as: Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager 360 (GTM), Google Looker Studio, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform and/or Power BI dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles to effectively analyze data, identify insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated project management effectiveness: meeting deadlines, solving problems and aligning project work to campaign strategy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to consult with stakeholders, present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders and teams, including key decision makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities or projects.
  • Ability to cultivate peer, key stakeholder and vendor relationships in order to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance how we measure and optimize marketing campaign investments and return.
  • Help strengthen our marketing analytics discipline by defining measurement plans.
  • Develop dashboards, analyze audience behaviors and track and report campaign performance across digital and offline channels.
  • Inform decisions, optimize resources, and quantify marketing return.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to develop complex performance management and reporting processes using Excel or other analytics software.
  • Relevant certifications, e.g., Certified Marketing Analyst.
