Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

- Monitor and track customer service requests for follow-up
