Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Support office staff with data entry, filing, and general administrative duties
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with client inquiries and provide excellent service
