Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications

  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
  • Support office staff with data entry, filing, and general administrative duties
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with client inquiries and provide excellent service
