Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in financial services or financial services consulting around business intelligence, data management, reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in utilizing SAP BusinessObjects WebIntelligence (Webi), especially FIS IBS Business Intelligence Solution (BIC).
- Have robust understanding/expertise of data storage, consolidation and governance including data management/warehouse such as Oracle, database querying, ODBC, etc.
- Varying levels of knowledge in FIS IBS Core applications, such as IBS Customer Information, IBS Deposit System, IBS Loans, Digital banking or marketing solutions, which adds value to the knowledge they have of the IBS Business Intelligence solutions.
- Experience with data mapping.
- Ability to work with internal teams and third parties to identify existing functionality gaps and identify requirements for product or process enhancements.
- Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
Responsibilities
- Create complex metrics or reports from multiple sources.
- Develop requirements from users, retrieve required data, design report, develop and disseminate reports.
- Provide data management and reporting recommendations.
- Provide data mapping from IBS Core applications to reports, extracts and third-party data warehouse solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry issues and opportunities in the business intelligence, data management and analytics in the banking financial services domain including best practices.
- Build and maintain credibility with clients and peers, as domain experts in business intelligence, data management and analytics.
- Build IBS Business Intelligence reports utilizing SAP Business Objects WebIntelligence (Webi) tool.
- Consult on IBS Business Intelligence Direct Access utilizing SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL.
