Requirements
- Experience with instructional design methodologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills.
- Ability/Experience to facilitate courses if required onsite and virtually using conference tools such as MS teams, Zoom, etc.
- Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months.
Responsibilities
- Outline the concept for course or curriculum, defining the needs for the course, the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
- Develop learning solution documentation (e.g., storyboards, project schedules, video scripts, job aids, and courseware).
- Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
- eLearning tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, AdobeEffects, Articulate 360
