Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering (Industrial Engineering Preferred) or Business Supply Chain Management
- 5-7 Years of Experience in Distribution, Warehousing, Retail Supply Chain Intelligence Reporting
- AutoCAD
- Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Active)
- Labor Management Systems (Manhattan Active)
Responsibilities
- Creation of engineered labor standards
- Configuration and maintenance of engineered labor standards
- Training and end user support
- Assist in ad hoc Labor Management analysis to drive the distribution and logistics best practices
- Overall engineering support at the distribution center for productivity initiatives, special projects, etc.
- Document and update standard operating procedures
- Develop and propose continuous improvement initiatives (layout and process) within the operations
- Labor Management System: Configuration, maintenance, mapping, troubleshooting, travel, etc.
- Warehouse Management System: Knowledge to provide configuration guidance and troubleshooting assistance as well as aspects that impact the Labor Management System (example: location mapping).
- Supply Chain Business Intelligence (SCI): Partnering with BI team to develop, design, and validate new reporting or KPI’s as it relates to network Labor Management and Productivity metrics.
- Evaluate, identify, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiencies in operations.
- Lead network projects as a project manager, collaborating with cross functional departments
- Provide direction to and manage workflow for direct reports as it relates to daily responsibilities, project execution, data analysis, etc.
- Monitor associate performance and behavior and provide appropriate feedback, recognition, development, and performance management, independently and in conjunction with Manager and/or Human Resources
