Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Administrative support.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft and Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational, flexibility, and follow-up skills.
  • Sensitivity with confidential information.
  • Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations, keeping management involved as needed.
  • Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others (internal & external).
  • Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be strong team player and assist another departments and divisions as needed.
  • Willingness to learn and take on projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner for current and developing identified support needs.
  • Monitor email; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues.
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls with professionalism in a pleasant demeanor.
  • Organized/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Daily interactions with market managers and location supervisors.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material.
  • Provide backup support for equipment scheduling and customer call confirmation.
  • Liaison between the MEM, MES, Sales Teams, the HUB, and Scheduling Team.
  • Procurement and myBuy support for PES.
  • Guide period inventory process: data entry, assist Property Exception Listing (PEL) resolution, and inventory control.
  • DOT/ BEACON – Document uploads.
  • GCS compliance reporting/records retention, accrual tracking.
  • Equipment Service Invoicing (ESI) Designate – Ensure the timely processing of all invoices.
  • Support new hire and onboarding process.
  • Track compliance with all special projects to insure timely completion.
  • Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS) subject matter Expert.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree not required but preferred.
