Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Digital Technologies, Data Analytics, or a related technical field
• Knowledge of the data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
• Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis
• Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
• Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics
• Knowledge of buying and procurement
• Knowledge of the features, functions and operations of a specific procurement system
• Knowledge of policies, regulations and processes of purchasing

Responsibilities

• Manage all FIR/RC processing for supplier warranty recovery
• Ensure all warranty terms for executable contracts are setup in the system
• Develop plans for IT solutions, automation, and AI enhancement projects
• Manage future state requirements for web-interface/PROcure functionality
• Manage all supplier and invoice grief resulting from the FIR process
• Support data analytics and adhoc reporting requirements for all procurement verticals
• Build data maps and standard work processes for all manual/automated processes
• Work with local IT resources on maintaining and supporting all processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience working with Oracle/Snowflake/SQL databases
• Prior SQL/Python/Snowflake coding experience
• Experience leading IT projects with a track record of delivering value
• Good understanding of the supplier warranty recovery process and contract execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and partner across peers and leadership
• Initiative, leadership, good judgement, effective organization skills, and accountability
• Ability to resolve issues independently and with worldwide / diverse teams
• Ability to take an Enterprise point of view and lead with our Values in Action
