Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a tech ops or ad ops role at an online media company or digital agency
- 3+ years of solutions/sales engineering experience, preferably within the advertising technology space
- Ability to clearly convey and absorb information
- Actively listen to, and understand the real message, and most meaningful information
- Effectively and confidently communicate your own ideas in one on one and group scenarios (Including cross-functional groups), and with all levels across the company
- Adapt style and content to the level and needs of the audience
- Effectively and constructively engage in dialogue that extends beyond area of expertise and experience as well as inspire confidence when conveying insights, experience, and knowledge across a range of business areas and topics
- Ability to design and deliver large scale presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of ad serving technology, including but not limited to RTB, Header Bidding, VPAID, Mobile SDK, API
- Comprehensive knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem
- Proficiency working with large data sets
- Positive, professional demeanor and experience working in a client-oriented setting (internal or external)
- Proficiency with HTML, Javascript, SQL, MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with UNIX systems and the Command Line Interface
- BS/BA or equivalent in computer science, business, or a related technology field
Responsibilities
- Serve as the pre-sales IAS expert, by understanding the client needs, and goals, then turning it into a scalable solution using IAS’ product offerings
- Provide technical expertise during integration lifecycle, including troubleshooting integration related issues, reporting discrepancies, and implementation concerns
- Review and test integrations to ensure proper implementation
- Closely work with client services team to ensure comprehensive account transitions after integrations are complete
- Lead multiple, complex partner integrations that are both standard and entirely customized from discovery, through go-to-market
- Generate and implement ideas and solutions to continuously improve the customer’s experience
- Apply the resulting insights to inform company operating plans and help create solutions that address both situational and systemic issues to continuously improve the customer experience with integrations and increase value of IAS solutions to customers
- Demonstrate expertise in multiple skills and/or knowledge areas relevant to responsibilities, and basic knowledge in related areas as well as become recognized as a specialist within our team and functional group
- Serve as a representative of the Solutions Engineering team in cross-functional projects
- Become subject matter expert in Integral’s product offerings and be able to explain all technical aspects of products to internal and external stakeholders
