Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- 4-7 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience in technology Preferred
- 4-7 years Technologically proficient in IoT, and/or related industry Preferred
- Outstanding verbal and non-verbal skills, confident communicator. (Required)
- Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate efficient organization skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy; effective collaborator; goal setting. (Required)

Responsibilities
- Manage new indirect partner lifecycle from on-boarding to first sale, ensuring the partner has received proper onboarding training and sales enablement tools to generate new leads that lead to sales growth for T-Mobile for Business and the channel partner.
- Ensure sales targets are established, agreed upon and achieved with the newly on-boarded partner. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure objectives are met.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, expanding to new use cases or net new solutions to drive continuous growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-7 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience in technology Preferred
- 4-7 years Technologically proficient in IoT, and/or related industry Preferred
- Knowledge Management Experience with large multi-year sophisticated deals. (Preferred)
