Requirements
- Multiple years of complex administrative/operational experience, ideally in a global organization
- Proven experience in collaborating, engaging, and supporting multi-country stakeholders
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to express ideas, request actions, and/or formulate plans or policies
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize activities to efficiently meet objectives (within a complex and multi-geography environment)
- Ability to manage, analyze data and draw insights for managers
- Proficiency in office software and technology (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Proficiency in Foundation Connect, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, and other OSF systems strongly desired
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience and desire to make operations run smoothly and efficiently
Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including events management and logistics support
- Support staff in the grant-making process, communicate with grantees on the proposal submission process, assist with grant record preparation for compliance, monitor grant making processes, payments and timely reporting
- Support senior staff in the higher education team and the Office of the Chair with administrative functions, including coordinating schedules, planning complex stakeholder meetings/events, and researching/arranging logistics
- Serve as a communications liaison between the senior staff in the Office of the Chair and Office of the President, and the OSF Network as a whole, especially regarding operations, exercising considerable discretion and working under limited supervision
- Generate and prepare a variety of materials in advance of routine and special engagements, preparing briefing materials, presentations, and reports as needed
- Take notes in meetings and support project management as required
- Process and oversee progress of consultant contracts
- Contribute to budget preparation, implementation, and monitoring
