Responsibilities
- Conducting financial analysis and fundamental due diligence for both public and private companies
- Performing quarterly financial reviews to monitor credit strength and identify key trends
- Tracking and communicating material company developments to relevant stakeholders
- Interpreting and summarizing credit agreements to ensure compliance and understanding of key terms
- Building and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and portfolio performance
- Preparing investment packages and presenting findings to senior management
- Collaborating with the team to collect, organize, and process documentation and credit-related information
- Conducting industry-level analysis to assess relative value within the portfolio and identify broader industry headwinds and tailwinds
