Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, typically 4 years.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
- Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive product convergence analysis by systematically identifying research opportunities, conducting product research, and recommending go-forward solutions.
- Support development of a strategy to consolidate Legacy Books across the P&S portfolio.
- Gain consensus with recommendations across key stakeholders in the P&S Product ecosystem (e.g. Delivery, Development, USDS).
- Contribute to and manage business simplification project timelines and roadmaps, closely following risks and dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Delivery, Experience, IT, and more to define and document converged product requirements.
