Achieve an understanding of customer environments and their use of the products.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to build, support, and iteratively deploy enterprise level software.
Provide architecture, algorithms, and designs for solutions that scale to the customer’s enterprise/global requirements.
Prioritize user experience by designing intuitive interfaces, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions are user-friendly and efficient.
