Requirements

  • Master’s degree in healthcare related field such as Nursing, Healthcare Administration or MBA is required
  • Five (5) years of management work experience in ambulatory care leadership role or appropriate clinical area required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with physician leaders
  • Talent in the selection and mentoring of a high-quality, effective team
  • Proven ability to lead change, organize teams, and delegate responsibility appropriately
  • Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the overall financial performance of ambulatory clinics
  • Develop annual operating and capital budgets
  • Monitor and analyze budgetary trends
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue/decrease costs and cost-effectively manage personnel, supply and equipment resources
  • Develop structure and processes that ensure effective daily operation that coordinate patient care, optimize efficiency and through put
  • Collaborate with ICCE Leaders to plan and manage strategic initiatives
  • Establish and maintain a patient-centered service delivery model
  • Ensure care team members provide the highest quality of care and are in compliance with Federal, State and other regulatory agency standards
  • Collaborate with ICCE and Nursing Leadership in establishing, implementing and maintaining patient care, quality and service standards
  • Provide leadership to managers within Ambulatory Services to direct day to day operations
  • Identify improvement opportunities, monitor success, and provide professional development
  • Create an environment conducive to retaining staff and to learning
  • Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction
