Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Idaho clinical license at the associate level or higher (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, AMFT, LMFT)
  • Some prior clinical experience, which may include internships, practicums, or post-graduate work
  • Strong communication and active listening abilities
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and boundaries in emotionally sensitive environments
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation and confidentiality standards
  • English fluency required

Responsibilities

  • Offer brief, solution-focused one-on-one support sessions (scheduled and on-demand)
  • Provide psychoeducational support to content moderators
  • Facilitate onboarding check-ins and offboarding support for team members
  • Respond to urgent or crisis situations with calm, compassionate care
  • Refer individuals to EAP or external services when appropriate
  • Co-develop and lead wellness workshops tailored to the needs of the team
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of engaging, educational sessions on resilience, coping, and self-care
  • Promote access to wellness tools and resources available to staff
  • Work closely with the Wellness Site Lead and Program Manager to align on program goals
  • Consult with site leadership on employee wellbeing or behavioral concerns as needed
  • Partner with clinical peers to ensure consistent, high-quality support
  • Document interactions clearly and accurately in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in accordance with clinical and company policies
  • Participate in regular clinical consultation and supervision
  • Maintain active licensure and professional credentials
  • Arrive on time and ready to provide coverage for your designated overnight shifts
  • Flexibly support other teams or shifts as needed for critical events or planned coverage
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with crisis response or group facilitation is a plus
  • Newly licensed associate-level clinicians are welcome to apply
