Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Intimate knowledge of aerospace and engineering standards, and a willingness to question and define requirements
- Extensive experience with detailed mechanical designs including sheet metal parts, machined parts, weldments, fasteners, and complex assemblies
- Strong fundamentals in GD&T, tolerance stackups
- Experience in designing tooling and fixturing
- Experience in process development and research
- Demonstrated understanding of configuration management and change control
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or similar
- Willing to relocate to Seattle, WA
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the tools required to design and manufacture cutting-edge launch vehicle hardware
