Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a trade support or operations role at a broker-dealer, bank, or trading firm
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including bonds, ETFs, and/or credit derivatives
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; coding skills are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class support for trade execution and settlement processes
- Manage the full pre-and post-trade lifecycle in close collaboration with Trading, Prime Brokerage, and Compliance teams
- Managing creation/redemption confirmations with PBs and issuers and supporting trade booking and settlement
- Produce and distribute trade confirmations and oversee the post-trade allocation process
- Work closely with our Brokerage team, Customers and Prime Brokers to reconcile fee discrepancies and ensure timely payment and escalation
- Assist traders with onboarding new counterparties and platforms
- Collaborate with internal Development teams, as well as third-party providers, to enhance trade workflows and service offerings
Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7 and/or 99 licenses preferred
