Requirements
- Detailed understanding of RF electronics and simulation tools.
- 5 + years experience in RF/Antenna Circuit Design.
- Embedded Systems and wireless communication experience.
- Discrete RF design experience required.
- Thorough understanding of RF test equipment and measurements.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contracts. Some contracts may have higher-level clearance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design of receiver front ends, transmitters, and synthesizers for public safety products.
- Work closely with other engineers (hardware, software, FPGA, mechanical).
- Hands-on role in product integration and testing.
- Involved in all phases of projects: requirements, system architecture, design, modeling, bench testing, and release to production.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Antennas – design, simulation tools and measurements preferred.
- Experience in telecommunications technologies preferred.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
