Requirements
- Experience with external benchmarking especially related to labor and employment.
- Experience in data analytics and process improvement.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven ability to communicate data and insights to varying levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of Workday, Tableau, Jira, Kronos, and MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Ability to work effectively with those outside the formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with leaders to understand current challenges and develop analytical strategies to drive insights that guide business decision making.
- Utilize analytical problem-solving to draw insights and recommendations from data in order to translate data findings into practical recommendations.
- Build workforce planning strategy based on analytics and insights consolidated through various inputs.
- Develop technical analyses and polished presentations that simplify and summarize complicated people issues for leadership or non-technical audiences in a digestible format.
- Develop tools and analytics solutions that assess the health of the organization across multiple applications.
- Develop and maintain partnerships across a diverse set of collaborators across the organization including Operations, People Analytics, and People & Performance teams.
