Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of the degree
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a software / IT technical recruiting role, preferably at a SaaS software company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Ability to create and implement innovative sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficiency working with an ATS (Lever is preferred)
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Great organizational and follow through skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused and friendly
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Lives in the KC area

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to write attractive and compelling job postings and ensure job descriptions and other documents are completed and up to date
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure understanding of the role, interview process, and questions
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess the level of interest, technical skills, qualifications, and compensation requirements of each candidate
  • Proactively search for candidates focusing on hard-to-fill and priority roles
  • Meet all timeline goals, ensuring a time-to-fill less than 45 days
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws throughout the process
  • Coordinate the background and reference check process
  • Assist in cleaning data within the ATS, Lever
  • Seek out and lead engagement in networking and recruiting events to support our talent brand
  • Conduct regular recruitment searches through various sources (mining Lever, Internet, Social Media, Boolean, etc)
  • Continually look for new and innovative ways to attract new talent
  • Develop a broad professional network of top technology talent and build a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure all candidates – hired or not – have a positive experience with us
  • Communicate with candidates regularly throughout their interviews with updates and manage expectations
  • Provide timely and specific feedback to everyone who interviews with Quest
  • Calculating compensation offers and the new hire process
  • Build a passive candidate pool along with plans to nurture those relationships
