Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and/or marketing
- Minimum of 1 year experience of working with CRM or reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
Responsibilities
- Guide new partners through seamless onboarding and develop tailored advertising strategies aligned with their business goals, setting the foundation for successful partnerships.
- Deepen engagement with existing partners by identifying growth opportunities, applying actionable insights, and driving improvements in campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC.
- Foster strong, consultative relationships by understanding partner needs and delivering effective solutions. Apply persuasive sales skills to address objections and ensure mutual success.
- Focus to consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs across input and output metrics, contributing to overall performance and success.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline to ensure prompt and accurate follow-up on all opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to accurately predict and manage revenue streams, utilizing strategic analyses to guide financial optimization.
- Analyze campaign and market data to extract actionable insights, translating these findings into strategic recommendations to benefit business efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams and leadership to align on strategy, close operational gaps, and foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing learnings and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in digital advertising sales or at a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms.
- Experience working with SMB or enterprise clients.
- An eye for creative strategy and visual storytelling in digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing funnel concepts and attribution modeling.
- Demonstrated success in virtual and in-person consultative sales environments.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
