Requirements
- 7+ Years of relevant experience operating in a similar capacity
- Proficient in our main tools: SEO: Google Search Console, Semrush, BrightEdge, OnCrawl; Web Analytics: GA4, GTM; Web Experiences: WordPress, Salesforce CMS, HTML, Page Builder; Paid: SEM, paid social, content syndication, display, OLV, CTV, direct buys; Others: Canva, LLMs
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated digital campaigns, including planning, development, launch, optimization, and reporting
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance & operations of key digital channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, web, display, social, email, etc.) to maximize cost efficiencies and achieve KPIs
- Manage projects to maintain and enhance web experiences and digital resources
- Implement and improve upon our current SEO strategy
- In partnership with stakeholders, develop in-depth content strategy based on keyword research and insights
- Own and execute on the optimization roadmap for key digital channels
- Support our data analysts on translating data observations into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead management infrastructure and processes to enable our digital channel engine to scale
- Support partner-facing paid media strategy and execution
- Using AI to optimize and automate work, including testing and trying new tools
