Requirements
- Experience negotiating service agreements
- 3-5 years’ Procurement experience or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of IT software contracts, including software licensing, SaaS agreements, maintenance agreements, and support contracts.
- Work with legal and procurement teams to ensure that all software agreements are compliant with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Ensure that all contract terms and conditions are clearly defined, enforceable, and meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with software vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring that vendors adhere to agreed-upon service levels, timelines, and contract terms.
- Manage renewals, amendments, and terminations of software agreements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure all software agreements comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to software licensing, usage, and compliance, including audits and legal reviews.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of all software contracts, renewals, and key milestones.
- Work closely with internal teams, including IT, legal, finance, and procurement, to ensure alignment and transparency in the execution of software agreements.
