Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a marketing or business environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing and operations team
- Schedule internal meetings, track project timelines, and maintain calendars
- Assist in the preparation and proofreading of marketing materials and documents
- Conduct market and competitor research for internal use
- Organize and maintain marketing files, reports, and documentation
- Assist in coordinating logistics for events, meetings, and client presentations
- Monitor and manage supply inventories for marketing-related materials
- Support internal communication between departments to align project updates
- Prepare and format reports and summaries for team review
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools is a plus
