  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
  • PMP certification or be a certified DAWIA Level 2 or 3 in Program Management
  • 15 years of technical experience in support of program/projects
  • 8 years of Program Management experience
  • 5 years of experience as manager of information assurance or computer network defense projects
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Secret clearance level

Responsibilities

  • Lead support and maintenance of Theatre Medical Information Program (TMIP) software and Operational Medical applications
  • Serve as a Team Lead to provide oversight, guidance, and technical expertise
  • Meet with Lead Government staff and develop plans and program schedules
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams performing inter-related activities
  • Work with the PM and other Team Leads to develop detailed project plans
  • Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Define and implement software engineering processes
  • Attend government IPTs and other technical meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in one or more Cloud Service Provider environments
  • Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps Rapid Assess and Incorporate Software Engineering version 2.0 (RAISE 2.0)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Knowledge/experience with Asana, Atlassian Suite of Tools – Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, BigPicture – Project Management Data Center for Jira Software
  • Experience briefing senior-level officials
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
  • Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures
  • Strong problem solving and customer engagement skills
