Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer onboarding, professional services, or customer experience leadership
- Proven success in managing high-performing, customer-facing teams
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on driving team results and customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Technical understanding of systems integrations, APIs, and data workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10+ onboarding and professional services experts, cultivating a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, growth, and collaboration
- Oversee project execution, resource management, and service delivery across all Alchemer product lines
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Mentor and coach team members, supporting their career development while reinforcing Alchemer’s core values
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on customer goals
- Guide onboarding analysts through complex technical use cases, including solution design, requirements gathering, and feasibility analysis
- Serve as an escalation point for technical questions, providing direction on best practices and solution architecture
- Support successful systems integration efforts, including leveraging APIs to move data between platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Alchemer or similar platforms is highly preferred
