Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer onboarding, professional services, or customer experience leadership
  • Proven success in managing high-performing, customer-facing teams
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on driving team results and customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of systems integrations, APIs, and data workflows

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10+ onboarding and professional services experts, cultivating a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, growth, and collaboration
  • Oversee project execution, resource management, and service delivery across all Alchemer product lines
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and coach team members, supporting their career development while reinforcing Alchemer’s core values
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on customer goals
  • Guide onboarding analysts through complex technical use cases, including solution design, requirements gathering, and feasibility analysis
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical questions, providing direction on best practices and solution architecture
  • Support successful systems integration efforts, including leveraging APIs to move data between platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Alchemer or similar platforms is highly preferred
