Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role
- Required to obtain a US Top Secret and/or NATO Secret clearance as a condition of continued employment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration.
- Identify potential product sales opportunities in new and existing markets, conduct market research, and assess market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiating and closing deals with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and other potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across different markets, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact international sales, and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team, empowering them to achieve their individual and team objectives.
- Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market visits, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Spectrum Management, ISR, Technical Security, and EW international sales highly preferred
