Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in HRSS, with 2-3 years managing an international team.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of regional HR legislation/employment laws, principles, policies and procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR Technology, preferably Workday (HCM) and ServiceNow, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Operations leadership to design, enhance, and streamline global HR processes and systems, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with department goals.
  • Provide strategic and hands on leadership to a global HRSS team, including performance management, training and career development.
  • Consult with key stakeholders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to understand business needs, undertake the implementation of key programs and support the improvement process.
  • Work with People Operations leadership to drive the global expansion and standardization of HR shared services processes, ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth across all countries.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to implement programs and tools that meet the evolving needs of the business and workforce.
  • Be a go-to resource for complex issues, while supporting and developing the team to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of change, reprioritize quickly when needed, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
