Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineer (BSCE) or Construction Management preferred
- Construction Management/Construction Inspection experience in large public works projects
- Over 8 Years of Construction Management or inspection experience preferred
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Responsibilities
- Work as a Construction Project Manager as part of a team on SFPUC projects and independently on smaller projects
- Supervise construction inspectors and coordinates inspection activities, manages and schedules construction inspector staffing for project
- Coordinates field sampling and testing, issues and manages Non-Conformance Notice (NCNs), reviews field construction submittals
- Collaborate closely with the Owner, and Contractor to resolve issues
Preferred Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineer (BSCE) or Construction Management preferred
- Over 8 Years of Construction Management or inspection experience preferred
