Requirements
- 8+ years of B2SMB marketing experience, with 3+ years leading ABM, community, or network marketing efforts
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing with go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline and revenue
- Proven success building and scaling referral, ambassador, or rev-share programs
- Strong experience growing and activating customer or partner communities
- Track record of driving qualified lead generation through integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales and Customer Success
- Strong project management and execution skills across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams, with the ability to hire, coach, and lead.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution of ABM campaigns aligned with Sales and Customer Success to target high-value accounts
- Build and manage community-led marketing programs, including ambassador, referral, and revenue share initiatives
- Design and launch campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue and pipeline growth
- Grow and engage a community of brand advocates, partners, and influencers to fuel network-based growth
- Develop strategies to expand community reach and impact through events, content, social channels, and thought leadership
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to deliver personalized, high-impact campaigns
- Analyze and optimize performance of ABM, community, and lead generation programs using data and insights
- Ensure GTM alignment by partnering with Sales on messaging, campaign planning, and execution
- Use community and customer insights to inform marketing, product, and customer experience strategies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure cohesive execution
