Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or cloud automation.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing CI/CD pipelines that integrate testing, security scanning, and automated rollbacks.
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, including workload scheduling, cluster networking, and persistent storage management.
- Expertise in Terraform, Helm, and Ansible, including developing reusable modules for infrastructure provisioning and automating system configuration using Ansible playbooks.
- Hands-on experience implementing Istio, Linkerd, or Consul for traffic shaping and observability, and policy-based security enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Architect and refine CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, optimize resource allocation, and troubleshoot networking and security configurations.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible) for scalable and secure environments.
- Implement and optimize service mesh solutions such as Istio for traffic management.
- Automate security compliance and enforce best practices for containerized applications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior DevOps engineers and new team members to support their onboarding and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to managing multi-cluster Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with Blue-Green, Canary deployment strategies, and Feature Flagging concepts and their role in controlled rollouts.
- Ability to work closely with software engineers to improve build/deploy efficiency.
