Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Operations, and Finance, aligning supply chain execution with commercial goals, inventory strategies, and financial targets.
- Lead the analysis and optimization of consigned inventory levels, ensuring alignment with customer demand.
- Establish and maintain collaborative planning processes with internal stakeholders and key channel partners.
- Deliver insightful performance reporting and root cause analyses across critical KPIs.
- Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support the design and continuous improvement of scalable supply chain processes.
- Provide financial and operational insights to support decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of long-term supply chain strategies.
- Champion a KPI-driven culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
