Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of experience working full time in a client/customer support administrative role.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office application software such as MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and One Note.
  • Stellar Verbal, Written Communication and Organization Skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing candidate correspondence, offer letter and addendum communications, start date changes.
  • Supporting the TA recruiters and managers with applicant/candidate activities in their geographical regions.
  • Coordination/ Liaison of candidate onboarding activities and orders such as badges, lab coats, background checks and drug screens.
  • Provide guidance and direction to candidates in the application and onboarding cycle.
  • Assist in the coordination of interview scheduling.
  • Report and Data Management
  • Maintaining sensitive/highly confidential information of business-related activities and materials
  • Supporting special initiatives across the TA team including high volume and critical recruiting projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function.
  • Experience in working in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Webex, Microsoft Team, PowerPoint, One Note & Adobe Fillable Forms.
